Course Use and Content Limitations:

Each continuing education course is approved for a specific number of CE credits listed on the course description page. Our courses are solely for meeting your noncommercial, personal Continuing Education (CE) requirements. They should not be purchased or used for commercial purposes. The course must be completed with a passing score before the course approval expiration date.

It is the responsibility of the individual completing the course to understand and comply with state, national, and federal certification and licensure regulations regarding renewal requirements. RADSUPPLY LTD claims no responsibility for determining the appropriateness of a course or the number of CE credits for any person. Our courses and site information do not constitute legal, medical, or clinical advice. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our material in medical or nonmedical settings.

Some CE courses have an expiration date and time. Users must complete and pass the associated test before the course expiration in order to receive valid CE credit. CE credit eligibility is based on the actual completion timestamp recorded by our testing system. Beginning a test before the expiration does not guarantee CE credit if the test is finished after the expiration moment.

Due to system limitations, our platform cannot forcibly remove or stop users from an in-progress test at the exact expiration time. It is the sole responsibility of the individual to ensure they complete the test before expiration. If a test is completed after the expiration date and time—even by a few seconds—the resulting CE credits may be considered invalid or may be rejected by a registry or licensing authority.

Expired courses cannot be reactivated, extended, unlocked, or backdated under any circumstances. RADSUPPLY LTD shall not be liable for any loss, penalty, rejection of CE credits, CE probation status, licensure delay, or any other regulatory outcome resulting from late completions.

Payment Methods & Processors:

Payments on our website are securely processed through integrated third-party payment gateway providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or specialized WooCommerce processors). We do not process or store credit/debit card details on our local servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

Refunds & Chargebacks:

All refunds, if applicable, are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Chargeback disputes should be resolved directly with us and the payment processor. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account restrictions.

We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer for any reason, nor shall we be responsible for any purchase amount after 31 days from the date of purchase.

Governing Law & Severability:

This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK). For any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the parties consent to personal jurisdiction in, and the exclusive venue of, the courts in the United Kingdom.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the balance of this agreement will remain in full force and effect.
